There is no limit on the number of designs you can request per month, however, these will be designed one by one, taking into consideration that depending on the type of design can take from 24 to 96 hours to deliver the first proposal and depending on the speed at which you give feedback on the design this can take more or less time, some changes are made the same day or may take up to 24 or 48 hours depending on how big are the changes to be made.

Here are a couple of examples of two of the most requested designs, for this practical example the client provides the feedback the same day of delivery and not too many modifications are required:

  • Email: delivery of the design in 24 hours, the feedback is done the same day, the corrected design is delivered the same day or in 24 hours, if the design is approved, we implement it in your email platform in the following 24 hours, so you will have your email ready to be sent in 48 or 72 hours.
  • Landing page: depending on how long the design is, the first delivery is made from 24 to 48 hours, the feedback is made the same day, the corrected design is delivered the same day or in 24 hours, if the design is approved, the mobile version is made and delivered in the next 24 hours, so you will have your landing page ready to be implemented in 48 or 96 hours.

No you don’t need to waste your time finding and selecting a designer, your account will be assigned an account manager, who will be in charge of assigning our designer that best suits the needs of your project, if you are happy with the work delivered, you will usually always be assigned the same designer for similar tasks.

Phone or video calls are not part of our processes, although we try to do all communication through our platform or via email, we can also adjust to work through your preferred platform (only chat).

We work based on a subscription model, in which we manage a fixed monthly fee, without additional charges or contracts, you can unsubscribe or stop your subscription whenever you want. As easy to manage as your netflix or spotify subscription.

Our designs require many hours of work, both from our designers and our account managers, so when the first design request is made, we can no longer offer you a refund, since we start working practically at the same moment that the request is made.
